Dr. Matthew Schmid is also a certified chiropractic sports physician, a certified chiropractic rehabilitation doctor and a fellow of the American Society of Acupuncture. He takes many hours of continuing-education courses every year, so he continues to provide his patients with the latest, most effective treatments possible.

Our Chiropractic Approach
Some patients express concern that once they receive chiropractic care, they’ll have to continue seeing a chiropractor forever. This is not the case at Chiropractic Partners.
While treatment length varies depending on the severity of the injury or condition being treated, as well as the patients age and physical well-being, average treatment and recovery time usually ranges from 3-6 weeks. Each treatment plan is molded to the individual patient and their goals.
For our patients’ convenience, we are in-network with most major insurance companies, and we gladly offer affordable payment plans for those patients without coverage. We also accept lien in cases where injuries were a result of a work-place or automobile accident.
We treat a wide variety of patients from expecting mothers and infants to patients well into retirement age.

Finding The Best Chiropractor
Everyone is looking for the best chiropractor, and rightfully so. It would be crazy to want the second-best chiropractor and even more crazy to want the worst chiropractor. But with so many chiropractors to choose from, how do you know who’s the best? That’s a great question.
The simple answer isn’t very simple at all. The best chiropractor for one person is often not the best chiropractor for someone else. That’s why one person can go around telling anyone who will listen, “My chiropractor is the best,” while another person goes around saying “That chiropractor is just OK”, and they are both talking about the same chiropractor.
Do I Have To Keep Going To The Chiropractor?
One of the complaints you will often hear about chiropractors sounds like this, “Once you go, you always have to go.” Ironically, it’s more common to hear that complaint from someone who has never gone to a chiropractor before instead of someone who has.
If you talk to someone who goes to or has gone to a chiropractor, they will tell you the statement “Once you go, you always have to go” is simply untrue. The chiropractor doesn’t show up at your house looking for you if you miss an appointment. Your spine doesn’t have a self-destruct sequence that gets triggered if you discontinue chiropractic care.
